North Adams Mills, Page Two

Almost all of the photos in the galleries can be enlarged by clicking them.

The X-Tyal Mill, once the Eclipse Mill and Hoosac Cotton Mill, was renovated into condos for artists in 2003 by artist Eric Rudd. When I visited the decaying structure in 2002, I could not resist taking a picture of the bathroom. The Clark Biscuit mill was converted to affordable housing in 2009. The Barber Mill was partially torn down, and the section in the photo was about to be demolished when I took the picture.
