I call these "Odd Photos," because that's what they are - odd. The shot
of the church through the library entrance was a spur of the moment thing. I was sitting on the Mass MoCA sound installation
speaker when I noticed the dark, ominous scene through the underpass. I walked into the alley and immediately noticed
the weird combination of shapes and faded colors. The "No Pepper" sign is such a familiar thing in ball parks. I wonder if
anyone has ever taken a similar picture. The two signs in the window of the vacant Joe's Place seem like some sort of
cruel joke.
