ORDER PHOTOS

Prints of all photos on this site (except those from private sources) are available in several sizes, unframed and unmatted. If you see one included with the articles that's not in the gallery, that's for sale, too. The only ones not available are photos credited to other sources, and those otherwise noted as not for sale.

In order to save disk space, photos are displayed on this site with fairly low resolution, but you will find the quality of the prints excellent.

I use high-quality 35mm SLR cameras, one digital, one film. Because I shoot mostly stationary objects, I use 100 and 200-speed film and a slow shutter speed. That results in better enlargements; but when you blow them up to 16 x 20 or 20 x 30, a tiny bit of the sharpness is lost. I like this effect. It makes the photos look a little like paintings. I have several 20 x 30s hanging on my wall, and sometimes a visitor will ask who the painter is, or wonder at how realistic the painting looks. I take that as a compliment. My subject matter is mostly the American vernacular landscape and streetscape, and I think that painting look enhances the feel of the pictures. I hope you agree. If you receive a print whose quality doesn't meet your expectations, e-mail me with your reason, then return the photo and I will mail you a refund.

When ordering, please e-mail me with your name and address and the exact caption on the photo (including date of photo), since the PayPal ordering process allows you to specify only the size you are ordering, and I won't know which picture you want. I will reply with a confirmation before shipping it out.

For USA shipping addresses, all prices include the shipping cost. Please allow two or three weeks for processing and delivery.

For orders from countries other than the USA, you must pay by money order or other pre-paid equivalent, and shipping cost will be the actual Global Priorty rate. I always ship Global Priorty. Please e-mail me for shipping cost before ordering.
