Western Massachusetts Scenes, Page Three

Just after I turn north on Route 8A from Route 9 in Windsor, Massachusetts, I encounter this lovely field by the side of the road. There's a dirt road that slopes up steeply, its unseen destination over the hill always tempting. That field is the subject of all the photos on this page except the first one, which was taken on Cemetery Road, which is just a few hundred feet away.
